Kristina Lysiak is a Norwegian-Ukrainian pianist and organist from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. At the age of five, she began playing the piano. When she was 12, she became a student at the prestigious Uspensky Special Music School for gifted children in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). From 1996-2002, she continued her piano training at the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy in Kiev (Ukraine). She graduated with a diploma as a concert pianist, teacher, accompanist and chamber musician. From 2005-2010, she studied organ at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo. Besides Germany and Austria, Lysiak has also played many piano and organ concerts in Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russia, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Since 2010, she has worked as a organist in the parish of Stjørdal. The Steinmeyer Organ is one of the largest concert organs in Europe with its approximately 10.000 pipes divided into seven divitions and 127 stops.
